February 8, 2009 Nanaimo and New WEstminster exchange drafts and players New West aquired Nanaimo's 2nd pick in the 3rd round (21st overall) and picked Brandon Bull. In exchange, Nanaimo aquired the playing rights of Trevor Gains and New Westminister's 2nd round pick in the 2010 draft. |

February 8, 2009 Coquitlam and Delta trade playing rights and draft pick Coquitlam trades the Jr A playing rights of Andrew Copeland to Delta Islanders. In return the Delta Islanders trade their 2009 5th round draft pick to Coquitlam. |

February 6, 2009 Nanaimo and Burnaby trade picks prior to draft. The Nanaimo Timbermen and the Burnaby Lakers have announced a pre-draft swap of first round picks in the Midget Draft set for Sunday, February 8th. Nanaimo acquires Burnaby's first round pick in 2009, at #8 overall. In exchange, Burnaby acquires Nanaimo's, first and third round, picks in the 2010 draft. "This worked well for both clubs," said Forbes Mitchell, GM of the Nanaimo Timbermen. "The move allows our coaching staff to have more leverage in drafting the players they would like to have in our organization. We have a very young and talented core group now, and we feel confident that we will come out of the 2009 draft with some very high caliber lacrosse players." |

January 26, 2009 Coquitlam, Langley Make Pre-draft Swap The Langley Jr Lacrosse club and the Coquitlam Jr Adanacs agreed to the following Pre-Draft trade. Langley receives from Coquitlam the Junior playing rights to Keigan Bal, Coquitlam’s 5th and 8th round 2009 draft picks. In return Langley trades to Coquitlam the Junior playing rights to Tor Reinholt and Langley’s 8th round 2009 draft pick. |
